Kartik Aaryan rents Shahid Kapoor's sea-facing home in Mumbai for ₹7.5 lakh per month

Kartik Aaryan has leased a sea-facing apartment in Praneta Building on Juhu Tara Road, which belongs to Shahid Kapoor. He lived there with wife Mira Rajput and their kids until last year, when they moved into a duplex in Worli. The lease agreement is for three years, with the agreement citing monthly rent of ₹7.5 lakh for the first year.
