Kasaragod teen given expired medicines at health centre

A 15-year-old boy in Kasaragod was allegedly given expired antibiotic medicines at Paivalike Bayar family health centre while seeking treatment for a toe allergy. The teenager took the medicine for three days before his family noticed it had expired in July. The parents complained to the District Medical Officer after they said the doctor dismissed their concerns.
