Kathmandu bans all Indian films in the city amid 'Adipurush' row

Kathmandu Mayor Balen Shah's Secretariat has announced that Indian movies will not be screened in the city from Monday. This comes after a controversy erupted over a dialogue in 'Adipurush' that called Janaki "India's daughter". Balen has stated that the ban will be lifted if "objectionable portions" are removed from 'Adipurush'.
