BRS chief K Chandrashekar Rao appointed senior leader T Jeevan Reddy as party general secretary, tasking him with strengthening the organisation. At a Jagtial rally, KCR praised Reddy’s leadership, attacked the Congress government over financial distress and welfare lapses. He also defended BRS’s governance record, opposed HYDRAA machinery and vowed a political resurgence to “rebuild Telangana.”
