Kedarnath & Yamunotri temples to close for winters on Nov 6

The Kedarnath and Yamunotri temples in Uttarakhand will be closed for the winter season on November 6. The portals of the Gangotri temple will be closed on November 5, while the date for the closure of the Badrinath temple will be announced on the occasion of Vijay Dashmi on Friday. The Char Dham Yatra started late due to COVID-19 pandemic.
