Keep Gods away from politics, why go to press?: SC on Tirupati laddoo row

Supreme Court on Monday questioned the CM Chandrababu Naidu-led Andhra Pradesh government over its press conference on alleged adulterated ghee used in Tirupati temple ladoos. "At least the Gods should be kept away from politics," said the apex court. "What was the need to go to press immediately? You need to respect religious sentiments," it added.
