Kejriwal, in ED custody, congratulates Mann on daughter's birth

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal congratulated his Punjab counterpart Bhagwant Mann after the latter was blessed with a daughter. While coming out of the courtroom after his hearing in the liquor policy case, Kejriwal said, "I congratulate Bhagwant Mann on being blessed with a baby girl." CM Mann had shared picture of his newborn daughter on social media.
