Kejriwal moves SC to transfer CBI liquor policy case from judge

AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal approached Supreme Court challenging Delhi High Court's rejection of his request to transfer CBI's petition challenging his discharge in the liquor policy case from the bench of Justice Swarana Kant Sharma. Kejriwal stated that he has "grave, bona fide, and reasonable apprehension" that Justice Sharma might not conduct the proceedings impartially.
