Kejriwal refuses to appear before Delhi HC Justice Swarana in excise case, says 'Hope shattered'

AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal said he'll not appear before Delhi High Court Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma, either in person or through legal counsel. He said, "My hope of getting justice from Justice Swarana Kanta is shattered." This comes days after Delhi High Court declined a plea by Kejriwal seeking the recusal of Justice Sharma from hearing the excise policy case.
