Kejriwal urges PM Modi to ensure Delhi minister's arrest over slap row

AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal urged PM Modi to ensure PWD Minister Parvesh Verma is arrested after he slapped a youth during a road inspection. Kejriwal criticised the minister and the Delhi government. Verma dismissed the allegations, claiming AAP workers misbehaved with him.
