Kejriwal understands pain of women: Atishi on ₹1,000/month scheme

Reacting to ex-Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's Mahila Samman Yojana, which will grant ₹1,000/month to eligible women in the city, CM Atishi said Kejriwal is the first leader in India to have understood the pain of women. "The biggest concern for women is that they have to stretch out their hands before a man...for their humble needs," Atishi said.
