Kenneth Griffin to build one of the world's most expensive homes worth $1 billion

Kenneth Griffin, America's billionaire hedge fund manager and Founder of Citadel LLC, plans to build one of the world's most expensive homes in the US, the New York Post reported. The 55-year-old recently acquired over 20 acres of prime Palm Beach real estate in Florida. He's spending $150-$400 million on constructing a mega-estate that'll be worth $1 billion upon completion.
