Kenyan woman accuses airline of giving her business class seat to 'Whites', confronts staff

A Kenyan businesswoman named Cashmeer Sayyid shared a video of her confrontation with Kenya Airways staff after her business class ticket was downgraded to economy class. Sayyid said the airline took money from four passengers for her seat and allocated it to "Whites". She said her seat was downgraded because the airline couldn't find anyone else who'd accept the downgrade.
