Kerala' 1st Vistadome to be added on Madurai–Guruvayur Express

Indian Railways is introducing Kerala's first Vistadome coach on the Madurai-Guruvayur Express from October 22, 2026. The special coach features large glass windows, a glass roof and rotatable seats, allowing passengers to enjoy the Western Ghats along the Punalur-Sengottai route. The service will operate on selected days until January 2027, with reported fares ranging from ₹515 to ₹1,875.
