Kerala announces lockdown after reporting 28 new coronavirus cases today

The Kerala government has announced complete lockdown in the state until March 31 after the state recorded 28 new cases of coronavirus on Monday. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said that essential services will remain open and state borders will be closed. He further said that strict measures will be imposed in Kasargod district, where 19 cases were reported today.
