Kerala BJP leader PC George remanded to 14 days police custody

A Kerala district court has remanded BJP leader PC George to 14 days of police custody in connection with a hate speech case. He was taken to Kottayam Medical College for a checkup after his medical reports indicated health issues. Earlier, George surrendered before the district court in Kottayam after the Kerala High Court rejected his bail plea.
