Kerala CM defends chartered flight, ministers' foreign trips

Kerala CM V D Satheesan justified his chartered flight to rain-hit Malappuram and ministers' foreign trips, saying no state funds were used. He declined to name the private sponsor, defended LSG Minister Shaji's use of a luxury vehicle, and took a dig at the previous LDF government for similar practices.
