Kerala CM slams CPI over 'communal' Malappuram remarks

Kerala CM VD Satheesan condemned CPI leader P Nandakumar for allegedly calling Malappuram a 'nest of fundamentalists' at a party event attended by Opposition Leader Pinarayi Vijayan. Satheesan demanded an apology and called it a continuation of Vijayan's 'anti-Malappuram' stance. Police received complaints from multiple organisations including Muslim Youth League.
