Kerala govt suspends Wayanad tunnel project after 3 die in landslide

The Kerala government has suspended construction of the Wayanad twin tunnel project after a landslide allegedly triggered by debris from the project killed three workers. Chief Minister VD Satheesan said the government would initiate legal and technical probes into the circumstances that led to the tragedy. "Work will resume only after evaluating all vulnerable factors," he said.
