Kerala govt to accord police honours at Sreenivasan’s funeral

Kerala government will honour Malayalam actor-filmmaker Sreenivasan with full police honours, following the state government's decision to accord ceremonial respect at his funeral. As per officials, final rites are scheduled for December 21 at Sreenivasan's residence in Udayamperoor. "The passing of Sreenivasan is an irreparable loss to Malayalam cinema," said Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.
