Kerala Guv seeks action against KN Balagopal, writes to CM Vijayan

Kerala Governor Arif Mohammed Khan has written to CM Pinarayi Vijayan asking him to take "constitutionally appropriate action" against Finance Minister KN Balagopal. Khan demanded action referring to Balagopal's statements in which he reportedly said that some people who are accustomed to the practices in places like UP might not be able to understand democratic nature in Kerala's universities.
