Kerala HC denies anticipatory bail to Sidhique in rape case

The Kerala HC denied anticipatory bail to Malayalam actor Sidhique in a rape case. The complainant alleged that he called her to a hotel on the pretext of discussing a film but raped her. Sidhique, however, denied the claims saying the complainant made the same allegations in 2019 but changed the details to get him booked under a non-bailable offence.
