Kerala HC grants bail to RBC MD in liquor seizure case

Kerala High Court granted bail to Anto Augustine, MD of Reporter Broadcasting Company, arrested on Sept 17 after liquor bottles exceeding permissible limits were seized from his Wayanad ancestral home. Justice Kauser Edappagath noted no similar past cases against him. Augustine must cooperate with probe and appear before investigating officer every Saturday.
