Kerala HC orders FIR against ex-CM Pinarayi, kin in CMRL-Exalogic payoff case

The Kerala High Court has ordered the registration of an FIR against ex-CM Pinarayi Vijayan, his daughter Veena and son-in-law Mohammed Riyas in the CMRL-Exalogic payoff case. The ED had alleged that CMRL, a public company, made monthly payments totalling ₹1.72 crore to Exalogic Solutions, which is associated with Veena T, from 2017 to 2020 without receiving services in return.
