Kerala judge's transfer over 'sexually provocative' dress remark quashed

Kerala High Court has quashed the transfer of the Kozhikode district sessions judge who had recently made the "sexually provocative" dress remark. While granting anticipatory bail to social activist Civic Chandran in a sexual harassment case, the judge had said that the offence under IPC Section 354A is not prima facie attracted if the woman is wearing "sexually provocative dresses".
