Kerala launches CanWin initiative for early oral cancer detection

Kerala has launched a statewide initiative under CanWin to strengthen early detection of oral cancer. The program brings dentists, cancer specialists, and healthcare institutions together to create a structured screening and referral system across 6,500 dental clinics. The aim is to improve early diagnosis and reduce late-stage oral cancer cases in the state.
