Kerala launches HM Acts, HOMeS to boost police-ministry coordination

Kerala Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala unveiled two tech-driven initiatives — HM Acts and HOMeS — developed in-house by Kerala Police's CCTNS Division. HM Acts ensures petitioners receive timely updates on their complaints, while HOMeS provides the Home Minister's office a dashboard tracking crime data like missing persons and cheating cases, improving administrative coordination without interfering in investigations.
