Kerala man allegedly kills grandmother over money for alcohol

A 26-year-old man, identified as Shibin, allegedly killed his grandmother Mercy in Kerala's Channankara after she refused to give him money to buy alcohol. Police said he attacked her during an argument and stabbed her to death. Mercy died of her injuries, following which Shibin was arrested and remanded in custody. Further investigation is underway.
