Kerala man asked to pay ₹180 despite finding hair in food, wins ₹8,000 payout

A Kerala consumer body directed a Karnataka hotel to pay ₹8,000 to a customer who allegedly found hair in a breakfast dish but was still asked to pay the ₹180 bill. When he questioned the decision, an employee allegedly behaved rudely. The customer said he felt humiliated and was made to pay for the contaminated dish despite not consuming it.
