Kerala man brings live snake to hospital after it bites him

Kerala's Kottarakkara resident Ashley brought a live snake to the Taluk Hospital after it bit him while he was taking his shirt from a clothesline. He caught the snake, placed it in a plastic bottle and rushed to the hospital, believing doctors needed to identify it to administer the correct anti-venom. Doctors provided first aid and are monitoring his condition.
