Kerala man's body exhumed after samadhi, found in sitting position

Kerala Police have exhumed the body of a self-proclaimed godman, Gopan Swami, who was entombed in a concrete chamber by his family after they claimed he had attained 'samadhi'. As per police, the body was found in a sitting position inside the tomb. Gopan's family claimed he had reached the pinnacle of spirituality and voluntarily passed away to attain ‘samadhi'.
