Kerala's Sulaiman turned 80 cents of rocky, barren land into an organic lemon orchard with seven varieties. A Gulf returnee, he began focusing on lemons after two plants survived while other crops were damaged by wildlife. His farm now yields 10-15 kg of lemons daily during peak season, including Ganapathi lemons weighing up to 1.5 kg.
