Kerala minister warns action against illegal spas, sex rackets

Kerala Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala warned of strict police action against illegal spas running sex rackets and extortion, following the gang rape of a woman lured to Kalamassery, Kochi on October 2 under a fake job offer. Two accused were arrested; two more apprehended in Wayanad. Ernakulam reports highest such complaints.
