Kerala MVD honours woman who blocked scooter on footpath

Kerala Motor Vehicles Department honoured Prabhavathi Amma of Kozhikode after she stopped a scooter rider from using footpath to avoid traffic near Eranjipalam signal. A viral video showed her blocking the rider and recording him until he returned to the road. Transport Minister KB Ganesh Kumar praised her, calling her action important for protecting pedestrian rights and improving civic sense.
