Kerala Police orders removal of posts carrying ECI letter with BJP seal

Kerala Police issued notices to several journalists and political commentators, threatening them with action if they didn't remove posts containing ECI's official letter with a BJP stamp. Police said the circulation of the "erroneous" letter blatantly insults ECI and could undermine communal harmony by inciting hostility among political parties' supporters. The stamp was called a "clerical error".
