Kerala PWD official held for allegedly sexually exploiting widow

Police arrested 56-year-old PWD official Subramanian in Kerala's Wayanad for allegedly sexually exploiting a widow after promising to marry her. The woman also alleged that he took around five sovereigns of gold from her. Subramanian was produced before a magistrate and remanded to judicial custody as police continue their investigation into the complaint.
