Kerala’s Kollam to get floating restaurant, local market & more

Kerala is planning a major tourism makeover for Kollam to attract more visitors and encourage longer stays. The project may include a floating restaurant, houseboat cruises, cultural shows, water sports, gaming zones and guided mangrove tours. Authorities also plan a local market to promote regional products and create new job opportunities.
