Kerala teacher suspended for quiz competition question on Savarkar

Kerala's General Education Department suspended school teacher Guru Prasad for framing a quiz competition question on VD Savarkar. "The question...was allegedly framed in a manner that could spread misleading and historically unsupported information," the state Education Minister's office said. The question asked "who was the freedom fighter to receive the most severe punishment from the British".
