Kerala will become poverty-free state by November 1: CM Vijayan

Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan on Friday announced that the state will become poverty-free by November 1. "Kerala continues to have the lowest poverty levels in the country," he said. He credited the strong and efficient public distribution system and people-centric policies with forward-looking industrial strategies. "Kerala is the state with the lowest inflation in the country," he added.
