Kerala woman found hanging, family alleges dowry harassment

Family of Arya, who was found hanging at her husband Deepak Babu's home in Kerala's Kottayam, alleged dowry harassment by her mother-in-law and grandmother. They also claimed that injury marks were found on her body and questioned why the two women skipped her funeral. The FIR, however, cited Deepak's drinking problem as the reason for her death. Further investigation is underway.
