Keralam allows boys, kids who don't identify with a gender to keep long hair

The Kerala State Commission for Protection of Child Rights has said boys and children who do not identify with a particular gender can grow their hair as they choose. It asked schools not to harass or discriminate against students over hair length or grooming. The panel also called for clear guidelines while ensuring students' views are considered before finalising rules.
