Keralam Minister faces resignation calls over SMA drug row

Keralam Health Minister K Muraleedharan hit back at CPI(M) leaders over medicines for children with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), alleging the drug company contributed to the party's election fund. The row escalated after opposition leaders demanded his resignation over reports that children at a government hospital received medicines labelled "For clinical trials only".
