Keralam Muslim cleric who said 'women should remain in homes' now says Shariat will continue

Keralam Muslim cleric Grand Mufti Kanthapuram AP Aboobacker Musliyar, who earlier said that "women should remain in homes", has now stated, "No matter who opposes the Shariat, it'll continue to be proclaimed here." He also expressed his desire to hold a Shariat conference in every district of Keralam. This comes after he was slammed for his remarks on women.
