Keshav Maharaj, a devotee of Lord Ram, requested the devotional song 'Ram Siya Ram' to be played during India's 2023-24 tour of SA. During the second Test at Cape Town, 'Ram Siya Ram' was played at the venue when Maharaj came out to bat. Speaking about the song being played at his entry, Maharaj said I requested the song.
