In a first, fast-food chain KFC will test the concept of edible serving bowls in India, in a bid to make its products more eco-friendly. The edible tortilla bowls will replace the plastic packaging used for the dish 'Rice Bowlz'. The first trial will be conducted in Bengaluru and may later be implemented across India, based on the response.
