KFintech sets price band for ₹1,500-crore IPO at ₹347-366

KFin Technologies has fixed the price band for its upcoming ₹1,500 crore IPO at ₹347-366 per share. The company plans to raise the amount via a public issue comprising only an offer for sale. The issue would open on December 19 and would comprise an offer for sale (OFS) of 4,09,83,607 shares by General Atlantic Singapore Fund.
