KGMU doctor arrested in religious conversion case in Lucknow

Rameezuddin, a junior resident doctor at Lucknow's King George's Medical University (KGMU), has been arrested in connection with a religious conversion case. KGMU has announced it will hand over the case to Special Task Force (STF) of the Uttar Pradesh Police. Notably, a case of sexual harassment and forced religious conversion was filed by a fellow resident doctor against Rameezuddin.
