Former Bangladeshi Prime Minister Khaleda Zia remains critically ill in a Dhaka hospital after a severe chest infection affected her heart and lungs. The 80-year-old BNP chairperson has been in intensive care and on ventilator support, though reports citing her doctors say her condition has recently stabilised.
