Khalra murder convict DSP still holds gallantry award

While the whereabouts of dismissed DSP Jaspal Singh, who was sentenced to life for his role in the 1995 abduction and murder of human rights activist Jaswant Singh Khalra, are still unknown, it has come to the fore that he still holds the coveted gallantry award recipient status.
