Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, speaking in Patna, attacked the BJP over alleged looting of funds in Lord Ram's name, urging Lord Ram to 'open his eyes' and punish the guilty. He also targeted the SIR electoral rolls exercise, called it a 'second war of independence', and accused BJP-RSS of enabling 'jungle raj' in Bihar.
